25% deposit on room charges is required for blocking of rooms.
Balance on room charges are required to be paid maximum 72hrs before check-in.

Reservations made within 10 days of check–in date shall require 100% advance payment for confirmation.
Room reservations may be placed on hold status and soft-blocked for max 48 hrs until receipt of the deposit. Then reservation would then be cancelled by the software and rooms are released to inventory. Thereafter, re-booking of same dates shall be subject to availability only.
Reduction in duration of stay would not be possible after final confirmation.
Check-in time is 02:00 pm and check-out 11:00 am.

GUEST ADVISORY
We do not serve alcohol and consumption of tobacco or narcotics are strictly prohibited in the guest rooms. Use of narcotics is a felony and any such behavior detected shall be reported to the police.
We solicit your cooperation to consume any alcoholic beverages you bring, in the privacy of your room; and encourage use of the designated smoking zones only as a courtesy to other guests and the safety of our environment.
Non-cooperation would attract a cleaning charge of Rs. 5000, as smoke filled rooms need to be moved to OUT OF ORDER status and deep cleaned to remove the odour.
We serve delicious buffet meals in our restaurant and request you to take note of meal timings.
Room Service is available from 09:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Our swimming pool uses a filtration system for your safety, hygiene and comfort. Please carry appropriate swimwear if you intend to use the pool, as regular clothing like t-shirts, shorts, denims, kameez, sari, etc, is strictly not allowed.
The resort has limited mobile network coverage (JIO is best)
Free WI-FI internet is available in all guest rooms and most common access areas.
Please remember to carry any prescription medicines, as there are only small pharmacies nearby.
Haut Monde Hill Stream Resort is a high altitude property and is not on level ground. Parents - do be advised that certain areas may not be suitable for unsupervised children and the elderly.
