Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled before 14 days of the arrival date.
50% refund if cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date.
No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date, or on day of check in.
Cancellations made over high occupancy dates would not be refunded, owing to limited availability of rooms. (weekends, festival holidays, peak travel season)
Cancellation of packages and special offers are subject to terms and conditions.
Cancellations of inventory will not be entertained during the last minute or during the course of your stay at Haut Monde Hill Stream Resort & Spa.
Cancellations of inventory on High Demanding Dates will be non refundable.
